We'd rather you know exactly where you stand before you pay than discover it later. This policy explains, in plain terms, when a refund applies and how our revision rounds work.
1. Our philosophy
Fair, written, and available before you pay. If we haven't started your first draft, you're eligible for a full refund. As work progresses, eligibility decreases in line with the effort already invested — never based on subjective satisfaction alone.

*Exceptions apply where the delivered work is demonstrably not as described (e.g. wrong document type, missed core requirements) — contact us to review your specific case.
3. Revisions included per plan
- Standard plans: typically include 2 revision rounds
- Priority & Express plans: include unlimited revisions until you're ready to submit
- Revisions cover refining tone, structure and content clarity based on your feedback — see our Pricing page for plan-specific details
4. What isn't covered
Refunds and free revisions do not cover:
- A university admission or visa refusal decision itself — we do not guarantee outcomes (see our Terms & Conditions)
- Requests to substantially change your course, university or core facts after drafting has begun (may be treated as a new order)
- Delays caused by late or incomplete information from you
- Dissatisfaction based on subjective preference alone, where the delivered document meets the agreed brief and includes requested revisions
5. Express delivery guarantee
If we miss the agreed delivery time on an Express or Priority order due to a delay on our end (not caused by late information from you), the express/priority fee difference is refunded, even if you choose to keep and use the document.
6. How to request a refund
Contact us at contact@sopwritinghelp.com or via WhatsApp with your order reference number and reason for the request. We review every request individually and respond within 24 hours.
7. Processing time
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method, subject to your bank's or payment provider's own processing timelines.
