These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the SOP Writing Help website and your purchase of any writing service from us. By placing an order, you agree to these terms in full.
We provide writing, editing and proofreading services for Statements of Purpose, personal statements, Letters of Recommendation, motivation letters, GS/GTE statements and related application documents. Services are provided based on information you supply through our questionnaire and consultation.
A quote is provided free of charge and without obligation. Upon confirming an order, an advance payment is typically required before work begins, with the balance due upon delivery of your final draft, as agreed with your assigned writer. Accepted payment methods are listed on our Pricing page.
The number of included revision rounds depends on the plan selected at checkout (see our Pricing page for details). Revisions apply to refining content, tone and structure based on your feedback; requests to substantially change the underlying facts, course, or university after drafting has begun may be treated as a new order or charged separately.
Delivery timelines (Standard, Priority, Express) begin once we have received all information needed to start your document, including a completed questionnaire and any required documents. Delays in providing this information may extend the delivery timeline accordingly.

Every document we write is created specifically for you and is not resold, reused, or shared with other clients. A plagiarism/originality report is provided with applicable services. You remain responsible for reviewing and understanding the final document before submission, since you may be asked to discuss its content at interview or in person.
While we work to the highest professional standard, we cannot and do not guarantee university admission, visa approval, or any other decision made by a third party (university, embassy, consulate or immigration authority), as these decisions depend on factors outside our control, including your complete application file and the discretion of the deciding authority.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SOP Writing Help's liability for any claim relating to our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including lost opportunities related to admission or visa outcomes.
Upon full payment, ownership of the final delivered document transfers to you for your personal use in the relevant application. We retain no rights to reuse your specific content, and you may not resell or redistribute our services as your own commercial offering.
We reserve the right to decline or discontinue service in cases of abusive conduct, fraudulent information, or requests to fabricate qualifications or documents. Refunds in such cases are handled per our Refund & Revision Policy.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Agra, Uttar Pradesh, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
